If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the appropriate amount will be refunded to the original form of payment.

 

3. Products, Colors & Availability

We make every effort to accurately represent the clothing, accessories, colors, details, sizing, and other products shown on our website.

Because colors can appear differently depending on your device or screen settings, we cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your screen will exactly match the item in person.

Many Edge & Ivory pieces are available in limited quantities. Adding an item to your shopping cart does not guarantee availability until your purchase has been completed.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or change product availability without notice.

 

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

If a product is accidentally listed with an incorrect price or description, we reserve the right to correct the error and, when necessary, cancel the affected order. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the appropriate amount will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Payment is collected through the payment options available at checkout.

Applicable sales tax will be collected as required by law.

 

5. Shipping

Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated according to the shipping options available at checkout.

Orders are prepared and shipped as promptly as possible. Delivery estimates are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the package.

 

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you purchase from Edge & Ivory Boutique. If something isn’t quite right, eligible merchandise may be returned under the following policy.

 

Returns

 

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original form of payment.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In its original condition

• Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear

• Returned with all original tags still attached

 

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after purchase, or returned without the original tags are not eligible for a refund.

 

Exchanges

 

Exchanges are welcome within 14 days of delivery, based on availability.

Because many Edge & Ivory pieces are available in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that another size or replacement item will be available.

 

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Accessories, including jewelry and bags

• Sale and clearance merchandise

• Seasonal and holiday merchandise

• Any merchandise specifically marked Final Sale

 

Starting a Return

Please include your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange.

Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions. Approved merchandise should be shipped back within 5 days of return approval.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the merchandise received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item so we can take care of the issue.

 

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for us to process your return. Additional time may be required for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

7. Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time, Edge & Ivory Boutique may offer promotional pricing, discount codes, free shipping offers, special event promotions, or other incentives.

Promotions are subject to the terms announced with the offer and may have expiration dates or merchandise exclusions.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes and promotional offers cannot be combined.
