Welcome to Edge & Ivory Boutique (“Edge & Ivory,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.edgeivoryboutique.com (the “Site”) and any purchases you make through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use
the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Account Registration

You may be able to create an account on the Site to streamline checkout and track orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at joanna.bailey@edgeivory.com if
you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Products and Pricing

We strive to display product colors, sizes, and descriptions as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will display colors exactly. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing or descriptive errors, and refuse or cancel any order, including after an order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If we cancel an order, we will issue a full refund.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Payment is processed at the time of order placement through our payment processor. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs are described on our Shipping Policy page. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds
 

At Edge & Ivory Boutique, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece you choose. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 

Returns & Exchanges

• Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit

• We currently do not offer refunds to the original form of payment

• Exchanges are welcome based on availability

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any signs of wear

• Returned with original tags attached

 

Final Sale Items
 

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Accessories (jewelry, bags, etc.)

• Sale or clearance items

• Seasonal/holiday pieces

• Gift cards

 

Return Process
 

1. Email us at returns@edgeivoryboutique.com with your order number and return request

2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions

3. Ship your item back within 5 days of approval
    

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items
 

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at returns@edgeivoryboutique.com with photos, and we’ll make it right.

 

Processing Time

• Returns are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your item

• Store credit will be issued via email

We carefully curate each piece at Edge & Ivory to reflect effortless style with a touch of edge. Thank you for shopping small and supporting our boutique—it truly means everything.

7. Gift Cards

Digital gift cards purchased through the Site are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout. Gift cards are redeemable only at edgeivoryboutique.com, may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law, and do not expire. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards are not reloadable.

8. Promotional Codes and Discounts

Promotional codes, including any first-order welcome discount, are subject to the terms stated at the time of issuance. Codes may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated, are not transferable, have no cash value, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we suspect fraudulent or abusive use of promotional codes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Edge & Ivory name and logo, product photography, graphics, copy, and the overall look and feel — is owned by or licensed to Edge & Ivory and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site in any way that violates applicable law, infringes on the rights of others, or interferes with the operation of the Site. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: scraping or automated data collection, attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, submitting false information, transmitting viruses or malicious code, and using the Site for fraudulent purchases.

11. Reviews and Submissions

If you submit a review, comment, or other content to the Site, you grant Edge & Ivory a non- exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with our business. You represent that you own or have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”
BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDGE & IVORY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-
INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDGE & IVORY AND ITS OWNERS,
EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF

THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM
ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE
AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edge & Ivory and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
